There are a bunch of new versions for software tooling that Ameliorate uses. We should update these to make sure our dependencies aren't going out-of-date.

• reactflow 11 -> 12
• prisma 5 -> 6
• mui 5 -> 6 (enables keepMounted for TabPanel)
• zustand 4 -> 5
• eslint 8 -> 9
• react 18 -> 19
• next.js 14 -> 15 (don't use app/ instead of pages/ yet, too much work)
• node 20 -> 24 & npm 10 -> 11
• auth0 3 -> 4
• tailwind 3 -> 4
