[Feature Request] Preview of dashboards when import shared template

currently it is not possible to know the content of shared templates except the filename

a preview on hover with screenshot ( support gif <3) with a couple of information on the template

Just make a image folder and assume image name and report name will be the same.

Will need to add the Description to the json
