FR: Publish containers in Github Container Registry (ghcr.io) #2368

I'm frustrated when containers for a project are only available via Docker Hub.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like them to be published in alternative registries as well like Github's.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Pull-though cache, but it has it's cons
