dev command aliases

I don't know if it is possible to define a command alias since it might clash with contextual commands. For example: dev config set alias status="dev ps -- git --status" defines alias status. Then, dev status will execute command dev ps -- git --status (assuming #34 is resolved).

It would be great to have aliases in addition to contextual commands. We can always say the contextual commands take precedence over the global aliases. We can also have an option for the global aliases to be marked "unoverridable" or something!
