Media widget progress bar visible when nothing is playing

Describe the bug

With the new update, a progress_bar was added to the media widget. After system startup or after restarting yasb, the progress bar remains visible in the status bar even when nothing is playing.

This behavior is similar to the previous issue with disabled media controls losing their padding. Once playback starts, everything updates correctly and the progress bar behaves as expected.

So currently, on startup or restart, the media widget shows UI elements like the progress bar even though there is no active media session.

Actually, I think that is not possible if you do not have any media running in the background, because this widget is activated by the OS. So, when the OS tells YASB to show media, it will show it.
