Consider the "silent" setting defined in "vercel.json"

I would like to use this GitHub Action but I would prefer to not receive any GitHub comments every time a new deployment is finished.

I looked up the Vercel docs and found the silent setting. I set it to true in my vercel.json file. But in spite of that, the GitHub Action bot still left comments underneath my commit.

Why is that? How can I disable comments when using this GitHub Action?

Whoops, I've just seen there is a github-comment setting mentioned in the README.

In this case, here's a feature request for you:

Take into account the silent setting defined in vercel.json and consider that equivalent to setting github-comment for the purposes of emitting comments.
