Lack of communication

Impediment:

• the team wishes to improve the communication between SDs but also between SDs and POs

Notes:

• this impediment was mentioned by several people in the retro
• due to a lack of communication between SDs the git workflow and structure was not clear
• the release candidate didn't contain all the finished featres because of communication issues
• POs didn't really know what SDs were up to

Solution:

• everybody is aware that the communication in the team needs to be improved and everyobody is responsible
• staying unmuted during team meeting, so that spontaneous comments are possible and a good conversation/discussion can evolve
• talk to each other during sprint on discord channels or set up additional meetings if necessary
