Dependet features

Impediment:

We should avoid having depended features in the same sprint

Notes:

• this impediment was mentioned by several people (especally the POs) in the last retro
• it is difficult for them to come up with tasks that can be done in parallel for 7 devs
• tasks are dependent on each other, hard to find parallel tasks and make progress

Solution:
not a 100 % found yet, but:

• the POs are aware of this problem
• they are in close coordination with the SDs to avoid dependencies and, if possible, try to split them across different sprints
• if there are interdependent features in a sprint, it is clearly communicated and appropriately distributed to the SDs
