Nuke CTL Node

I'm not sur this is the right way to go, but I couldn't find the appropriate mailing list.

In issue #26, there is mention of a Nuke CTL node. Does it exist, somewhere? If so, how do I compile and install it?

Your timing is perfect. I've been looking for someone to test updates to the nuke node for some time. I don't have nuke myself, so I haven't been able to.

Ahhh nice! Thanks. Will test with Nuke 8.0v4 on Mac OS X 10.9.3. Will get back to you (on aforementioned pull request) in the next couple of days!
