Implement support for Resolve DCTL output for Prosumer Camera calculator. #96
Description
I suspect that a significant number of potential users of the IDT generator will be wanting to create IDTs for use in Resolve. While CLFs can be used in a "roll your own" ACES pipeline, a correctly formatted DCTL is needed to add the IDT to the drop-down list when Resolve is in ACES mode.
Attached is an example DCTL IDT converted manually from the attached CLF, produced from the synthetic_001.zip archive.
