FE: Create the order creation form

MaterialUI and redux forms to allow the users to create a new order (the order creators).

• This form will allow anyone to create a new order, then others can use another form to add items to it.

Content of the form

• Restaurant Name (string || string and numbers).
• Menu URL (URL).
• The dynamic form that will allow the user to enter his orders. Pending ticket FE: Order Items Form #32
