Ability to specify clock in ad_cpu_interconnect

When adding a peripheral via ad_cpu_interconnect you cannot specify the clock and reset source, even though the interconnect supports clock crossing.

I suggest an optional argument for ad_cpu_interconnect to allow passing of this clock source like you can for hpX.

Alternatively, a function for changing the clock, after it's connected, would be good.
