Scopy Start up: When I try to open Scopy, once it opens it says not responding and crashes

Environment:

• OS: Windows
• FW Version: N/A
• SW Version or git tag: V1.5.0

Describe the bug
When you click on Scopy Download that is on your desktop, it takes a few minutes to open and then once it does, if you click anything, it freezes and says not responding. Then it crashes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Scopy that you downloaded onto your desktop
2. Click on it
   3.Wait a few minutes for it to respond
3. See error when you try to interact with the download at any point.
