This document describes the trademarks owned by Anastomotic Ltd. and provides guidelines for their permitted and prohibited use.
ACCOMPLISH™ is a trademark of Anastomotic Ltd. OPENWORK™ is also a trademark of Anastomotic Ltd.
Additional trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, or other brand identifiers may be owned or used by Anastomotic Ltd. now or in the future. All such marks, including ACCOMPLISH™ and OPENWORK™, are collectively referred to in this document as the "Anastomotic Trademarks".
ACCOMPLISH™ and OPENWORK™ are currently the subject of pending trademark applications in the United States. Use of these marks prior to registration does not imply that they are registered trademarks.
You may use the Anastomotic Trademarks without prior written permission solely for the following purposes:
- To refer to the ACCOMPLISH™ project or the OPENWORK™ brand in a factual and descriptive manner.
- To identify an unmodified copy of the ACCOMPLISH™ software (including releases formerly branded as OPENWORK™).
- To indicate compatibility with ACCOMPLISH™ or OPENWORK™, provided such use is truthful and non-misleading.
- To discuss or review the ACCOMPLISH™ project or the OPENWORK™ brand, including in documentation, articles, or presentations.
Any permitted use must be consistent with honest commercial practices and must not create confusion as to source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
You may not use the Anastomotic Trademarks in any manner that:
- Suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Anastomotic Ltd. where none exists.
- Is likely to cause confusion regarding the source of goods or services.
- Is used as part of the name of a product, service, company, or domain name.
- Is used in a logo, branding, or marketing material for a derived or competing product.
- Is modified, stylized, abbreviated, or combined with other marks in a way that alters its distinctive character.
The open source license applicable to this repository grants rights to use, modify, and distribute the source code. It does not grant any rights to use the Anastomotic Trademarks, except as expressly permitted in this policy.
All rights in and to the Anastomotic Trademarks are reserved by Anastomotic Ltd. Any goodwill arising from use of the Anastomotic Trademarks inures exclusively to the benefit of Anastomotic Ltd.
