Bug introduced in inotia00 patches v5.14.1-dev.6 which was copied over in anddea patches v3.15.0-dev.8

Bug description

The now playing list/menu or whatever it's called has a few issues:

• it gets misaligned if you swipe down on it slightly and let go
• swiping down quickly doesn't preserve the momentum / pull it down fully as it is supposed to
• the point at which letting go with no momentum and having it go down is too high compared to the intended behaviour

Apologies, I just tested previous inotia00 patch versions, and this bug was introduced in patches v5.14.1-dev.6.

Not sure exactly which commit is the one that broke it there, but it's been copied over to the anddea patches.

I'll edit the issue report now.
