Blog page Title showing as Post title

The title of my posts page is showing as the title of my most recent post

I am a long time WordPress user however I do not code, how do i fix this

@Aarav770 This sounds like the query loop on the posts page is not set to "Inherit query from template", but it's hard to tell from the description. If you're still having this issue, can you post a link to the page?
