I'm the owner/admin of an ISP for over 30 years now, and I wanted to make use of some IPs we had laying around... The service is a free (and also paid) static ip (v4) service (via Wireguard VPN).
The free plan gives you a static IPv4 address, allows inbound and outboard traffic, and forwards all ports by default. So you can host things behind CGNAT and always have your own static IP that no one else is using. Free plan is currently 10GB/mo bandwidth at 20Mbps. The Free plan details will possibly change depending on how many load, ips, etc.
The free plan also will currently reclaim addresses that havent connected 7 days.
Paid plans are $2/mo or $20/year with decent speeds and 1TB monthly bandwidth. You have the ip for life (assuming you pay).
