Provide mechanism to use taxon name or Wikidata QID as URL parameter

I have already made two links that align with the same idea, these are:

direct-link.html: https://andrawaag.github.io/tarsier/direct_link.html?name=Pterothysanus%20pictus
and
jupyter-link: https://andrawaag.github.io/tarsier/jupyter_link.html?name=Disa%20stairsii

I made those (personal) links to embed in jupyter notebooks. However, it makes sense to consolidate them in a single script. Will work on it.

BTW I like the QID suggestion.

Here is an example of a notebook that uses the jupyter_link to get image suggestions in batches from a SPARQL query:

However, do expect a lot of false positives in the results. GBIF does not model image licenses. They only consider record licenses. So some of the returned image links are with an incompatible license, while their record license is.

As long as the images licenses are not indexed, we have to except the false positives. In tarsier your will bot be able to upload to commons in those cases.
