Has the project been abandoned?

Has the project been abandoned? I see that there have been advancements on the 4.x branch, but on the "master" branch, the README hasn't been updated; it mentions next week for years. Could you update it to give some signs of life to future developers so they don't think the project is no longer maintained (if that's the case, of course)? Thank you!

I still want to believe that the V4 will be coming...

Actually, I was OK with V3. I only needed PHP 8.2 support (and well, Ubuntu 24.04 support maybe as the 20.04 will be fading away soon).

But today I noticed the marketing page of this project (https://cipi.sh) started to show an SSL certificate issue. I guess Andrea's plans were canceled or something bad happened and prevented him to continue working on the project. Such a pity.
