How do I install it?

I downloaded the extension in VS Code. When I enter a prompt, it tells me 'Install Claude Code', I press 'install'. 2 minutes later it says 'installed'. I enter another prompt. It says 'Install Claude Code'.... and around around we go. 

How do I actually use this extension?
