Improved on-boarding documentation #860
Description
Consists of two discreet article topics: improved documentation around setting up a new Playnite Web instance and, separately, installing the plugin and syncing your firsts library. There is a reason I desire these to be separate. The former will be included in on-boarding docs to get Playnite Web App running. However, once it is running, I intend to put the latter article into the web app directly. The intention is to have a help section in the Playnite Web App to help users on various topics, such as syncing their libraries, how to use major features, etc.
These two topics can simply be markdown files for now, so long as they are not co-mingled together. Keeping them separate will make it easier to bring the latter topic into the app directly.
