Item Bag: Prerelease

Hey all, sorry for the gap since last release. There's a new prerelease available here, and if there are no reported issues it will be a standard release soon. I'd appreciate anyone who is willing to test it.

The main feature is an Item Bag, designed by @evanwporter. This is a way to persist items that would normally be deleted on moving to an incompatible save, as well as an easy way to move items around out-of-game.

Barring any unresolved issues, I will make this a full release on Nov 16.
