I don't see any Flatpaks in the Releases page. Is there a flatpak repo I need to enable to get this?

No — there isn’t a Flatpak repository to enable at the moment.

Although the metainfo file references a Flatpak, there’s no Flatpak
build published (e.g. on Flathub) and no Flatpak assets listed in the
Releases. Until an official Flatpak repo or Flathub package is
published, there’s nothing users need to enable.
