State of Wasm branch

Andrew what's the state of the Rust/wasm branch?

I've put that on the back burner while I work on decoupling save data logic from OHPKM tracked data. I've made good progress on that on the dev branch, including the following changes:

• OHPKM data is now stored separately and fetched as needed, as opposed to replacing pokémon with the corresponding OHPKM in a save's boxes at save load time
  • This means the save file logic doesn't need to care about OHPKMs at all, which is a whole bunch of logic that will not need to be moved to Rust. Or at least it can be in the Tauri code instead of the pkm_rs crate

The wasm branch will be my next focus after finishing the Pokémon recovery tools and those OHPKM storage refactors. I see that branch as being a continuous work in progress, and gradually bringing wasm versions of different PKM and save file formats into main as they're completed.

I'm also hoping to write the code for Legends Z-A formats in Rust only, to force myself to make progress on the wasm branch

I just merged the changes from the main and dev branches into the wasm branch, so it's all ready to continue development once the recovery stuff is done
