PRERELEASE: Luminescent, Management Improvements, Extra Forms

Update 2026-20-03: QOL/UI improvements + bug fixes in v1.10.0-beta.2

The latest prerelease is out, featuring Pokémon Luminescent support, multi-select, tagging/background colors, and extra forms (ROM Hack exclusives + cosplay Pikachu. The features are new and possibly unstable, but I'd appreciate any feedback it can get before it becomes the next release:.
