bug: incorrect items for gen 1+2

**Describe the bug**
Held items in gen 1/2 saves are incorrect.

**To Reproduce**
Open a R/B/Y or G/S/C save file

**Expected behavior**
Gen 2 held items should correspond to those in-game. Gen 1 "held items" are actually the catch rate, but they correspond to a Gen 2 item when traded using the Time Capsule. Gen 1 held items should be these Time Capsule equivalents.
