feat: held items are lost when mon is transferred to earlier generation

ie: A Pokemon With a Destiny Knot In Open Home That is Moved to a Gen 3 game will no longer have that item when moved back to home. Assuming you open up said Gen3 game and save a file.

The coolest (albeit maybe not the most practical) would be an OpenHome bag that allows moving of items.
