JSwan Not working in Rhino7-Grasshopper

When I load the Grasshopper with jSwan plugin added, I always get

Path:XXXXXX\McNeel\Rhinoceros\packages\7.0\jSwan\1.2.0\jSwan.gha
Exception System.TypeLoadException:
Message: Could not load type 'System.ICloneable' from assembly 'System.Runtime, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'.

What should I do about it? I also tried copying System.Runtime.dll to the libraries & components folder but no luck.
