Add evaporative as a device?

Hey @andrewleech this is a great addition to HA so thanks for your efforts.

I got a new evaporative cooler installed yesterday and set things up in HA. I noticed the unit is in HA as an entity rather than a device? And I noticed there doesn't seem to be a way to use any automations with the evaporative cooler. Is that correct, or have I done something wrong? Controlling the evaporative via HA works perfectly, but I was hoping to say turn it on when the house hit a certain temp etc via an automation.

Hi, thanks for the support. A while back Seeley changed the communication protocol in the app and it completely broke the integration. I've been working on fixing it bit by bit but progress has been slow due to other commitments (and a lack of wanting to turn on my evap in winter). So it currently doesn't work very well at all...
I'm hoping to get back to fixing it properly now my weather is warming up and I'm wanting to use it more!

This was my first HA add-on and yeah I think I've got the entity / device stuff all a bit mixed up, I couldn't entirely figure out what it should look like in code when first putting it together.

Hey @andrewleech thanks for replying, and you've done really well with your first HA integration.
It seems the Evap needs to be added as a device to be able to use it with automations.

Hi @BrutalDeluxe20 I've recently been reworking and fixing this package a bit and finally figured out how to register devices. Changes were made in #33 and available now in the default / hacs branch. I'll release it properly after a little more testing.

Amazing @andrewleech sounds like you've made solid progress. Thanks so much! Is there a way I can get those updates now, or do I need to wait until you release it properly? I've checked HACS and it's still showing v4.0 being the latest. Cheers

There always used to be a way in hacs to select which version you wanted to install, and in that selection you could choose the branch name instead. #19 (comment)

But on my system I no longer get shown the enable beta switch so I can only see the tag names to download. Not sure if this is a missing feature in the new hacs 2.0

Ok I think I figured it out, had to go into the HACS device -> MagiQtouch then enable the disabled entity Pre-release which I believe lets you update to beta versions. Saying that, once I've done that it still says 4.0 is the latest, so no luck
