enum: Move enum.py to lib/enum/ directory.

Relocated from repo root to lib/enum/enum.py to avoid conflicts with
system enum module during git pre-commit hooks. This follows MicroPython
library conventions for Python-only standard library modules.

Updated manifest_enum.py to reference new location.
