Will not close down #726

Summary
When using borderless gaming and I close a game down, example Euro Truck Sim 2 in this case, the game is closed but Borderless gaming will not close, I can click X all day and it stays open doing nothing, the only way I can close the app down is task manager and force closing, this has started happening recently.
Steps to reproduce
1.Load Borderless gaming
2.Load ETS2 with the Borderless Gaming set
3.Close the game
4. ETS2 is closed but the app will not close.
