Add suport to Tool Calling in Google provider

Description

Seen the efforts of @rohitprasad15 in #102 it`ll be a good thing to have support to Tool calls for Google provider

However, this solution needs a little implementation, and as I can see, it`s complementary to the mentioned PR.
