[Feature] Add android-cli skill

What is the gap in the LLM's knowledge?

Any plans to add the android-cli skill to this repo? it is the only skill available via android skills that is not in this repo. we'd like to use dotagents to install the skill rather than installing via android skills

Yes, we want to make it available here but we don't want to risk having an outdated skill. Android CLI is changing frequently, so it's better to get the skill directly from it.

@jvanderwee Would it help if there was something like a "path" subcommand that outputted where the skill was installed (or maybe the "root" directory), so you can enable/disable with your own skill tooling? It looks like dotagents can work with a local directory source.

e.g.

$ android skills path android-cli
/Users/stillers/.android/cli/skills/android-cli

($HOME/.android/cli/skills/android-cli seems to be where it's stored right now on macOS, if you need it as a workaround.)

@ithinkihaveacat I think we'd still need to run that command manually to pull through updates to the skill. the benefit of having the skill in this (or some other) repo is that any updates made to the skill will be automatically synced across our team by our dotagents post-merge hook
