Missing MSYS2 builds for lastest two releases

There is no MSYS2 build for the latest two releases of marsdev. Could you please tell why is this happening? Do you want some help? If so, I volunteer myself to be the mantainer of this particular build. I think I have enough skills and resources to do so.

I stopped using it because it is unbearably slow compared to WSL. If you want to maintain an MSYS version feel free to do so and I'll put a link to it in the readme.

Should I fork the project and do the releases myself? Or can I just build yours and you put the link in the releases page?

@danielt3 have you considered using the Docker build? I use that on Windows and Linux.
