Windows 11 annoyances - batch file not working #143

Description

I exported the settings from my Win 10 machine, then imported on my Win 11 machine. Batch files and perl scripts would not work, the "One Last Step - Check Connection" page opened every time. Check Connection worked fine, the batch file was in the right place, but no go.

The Browser Console was unhelpful, so I just did the FAFO approach. Seems that there is a different notion of "executable" on Windows 11 (Firefox, node.js native app and the extension version are the same -- so I blame Windows).

On Windows 10 this has been working fine for years:

Executable Name: c:\belfry\extbutton_launcher.bat
Arguments: -flag [HREF]

On Windows 11 change to:

Executable Name: C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe
Arguments: /c c:\belfry\extbutton_launcher.bat -flag [HREF]

Maybe it is just my Windows 11 trying to protect me from myself, who knows? I thought I'd mention it just in case it is FAQ-worthy.
