Error detecting the version of libcrypto

Hello,

Since two days I have a error when I am using this lib into a github action ->

  File "/usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/oscrypto/_openssl/_libcrypto_cffi.py", line 44, in <module>
    raise LibraryNotFoundError('Error detecting the version of libcrypto')
oscrypto.errors.LibraryNotFoundError: Error detecting the version of libcrypto

If it's helpful I've made a version here that fixes this problem. I'm not sure this repo is still maintained: https://github.com/Kirksten3/snowflake-query. you can use Kirksten3/snowflake-query@v1.2.1

Same code, just update package + dockerfile
