Issue with bet winner #20

Hi,
I was using your code to build the project locally. I was able to set it up locally by creating web socket server.
I am facing a little issue. At the end of the game, the winner is announced but it does not transfer the bet money. Since I am new to web3, I am having a hard time figuring out how to fix it on my own. If you can guide me in the right direction or maybe update the code. It would be a life saver + I will have a working web3 game to have fun.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
