Linting in Eclipse only works when using embedded TypeScript

Linting generally works when using embedded TypeScript (version 2.4.1) in Eclipse. But when I switch to a locally installed TypeScript (any version) linting stops working and does not show any issues in the TypeScript editor.

I thinks this can be closed. Works now without flaw with the latest tslint-language-service (0.9.9)
