MachO: Stub parsing

It would be nice if cle parses stubs for MachO binaries, including at least x86, x64, and arm64.

Some things to note: This might have changed with the introduction of the "chained fixups" in iOS15 in 2021, so potentially this is outdated. But I'm not fully sure, maybe this doesn't affect these stubs and the described blog post is still fully applicable.

I definitely have some code internally that handles the stub/thunks, but I don't think that includes lazy stubs. The lazy stubs have been an annoyance, but never bad enough to actually warrant fixing. I will look into this on Monday, with the description it might be a straightforward fix.
