What is the expected behavior?
PR #11376 adds contrast opacity to colors and hues. It should be possible to specify these opacity keywords and values when using md-colors.
What is the current behavior?
md-colors does not support the new opacity keywords and values.
What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?
More robust theming support for app developers.
