Set default branch to latest code

I was looking for changelog of the recent 13.0 update, but https://github.com/angular/webdriver-manager doesn't have it in its changelog. This is because it defaults to the `legacy` branch, which is old. Please change the default branch to `master` as that has all the goodies.
