fix: Restore correct README with mission statement

RESTORED:
- README.md from security/env-hardening branch
- Contains complete mission statement and community vision
- Strong, confident tone without confrontation
- All new sections: Uncompromising Commitment, Vision, Movement, etc.

RESULT:
- GitHub will now display the correct README
- Repository shows proper branding and mission
- Ready for open-source with strong positioning
