This doesn't seem to be documented, so what is isFirstInDuration ?

@The-LukeZ It is set to true the first time points are consumed after the previous duration reset.
I added it to Wiki https://github.com/animir/node-rate-limiter-flexible/wiki/API-methods#ratelimiterres-object
