feat: Implement Google social login

Description

As a user, I may want to login with social account like google sign in. So that I can access the platform easily.
This PR implemented part of it: #719

Acceptance Criteria

Update [Required]

• Create endpoint for social login
• Make a proper flow of registering user into MS database.
• Document changes in the code

Definition of Done

• All of the required items are completed.
• Approval by 1 mentor.
