Version filter for bugs

There is an app version filter in the reports view but not in the bugs view. I'd like one in bugs view as well

@agrueneberg any chance of a quick patch for this? The tool is basically useless without it unless we delete all the reports for the previous version each time we update

I noticed that Reports uses version name while Bugs uses version code. There is already a fix for that, should I merge for consistency?
