Can't schedule this exe to the always run when ever workstation unlocks. 

I have made a batch script that makes the script to the run on windows startup  but it is not same case when pc wakes from sleep. Sometimes this **remindingYou.exe** will ended process automatically.
I want you to help me create a batch command so that the only for the first time I click the batch file and it automatically put the runs the exe file when ever I unlocks the workstation.
