Even though notifications are enabled and correctly configured (and the scheduled reminders are active/visible in the app), no periodic reminder notifications are being received.
After searching online, it appears other users have been reporting the same issue since 2024 across multiple discussions (e.g., Reddit threads and official community/forum posts). I have also confirmed this behavior by speaking with other people who purchased the app.
For this reason, I’d like to formally report the problem here as well, in the hope that it can be investigated and fixed.
