CloadFlare Direct creator uploads

Cloudflare supports the direct creator uploads with the tus client as mentioned here https://developers.cloudflare.com/stream/uploading-videos/direct-creator-uploads/#step-2-use-this-api-endpoint-with-your-tus-client

However, I am getting the Unable to create resource. error.

It would be good if you could share your thoughts on this. Is there anything I am doing wrong in implementation, or do you have an example of where I can upload the video to Cloudflare?

This probably (guess) has to do with the fact that the cache that is created by the client cannot be written.

The client always uses the file-based cache. By default, it writes the cache in the vendor folder (bad idea), which by default can't be written by a webserver.
By setting this environment variable: TUS_CACHE_HOME , you can alter the directory where the cache file is created.
Can be easily set for a docker container f.i.
