Multi language support

Hey, @ankyra team. First, thank you for an awesome project. You inspired us and we want to make a contribution. We can invest in professional translation into Russian or other languages. Let's discuss how to organize a multi-language support in this project.

As I see, you have used hugo and we can use they multilingual support: https://gohugo.io/content-management/multilingual/

We would certainly be interested in making the documentation support multiple languages and whilst we haven't tried it Hugo seems like it should be able to do it all. We do generate most of the reference documentation from our Golang code, which might complicate things a bit, but the other documentation should be pretty straight forward.

One thing I wonder about in general is how we would handle updates to the documentation? Is there any tooling you have used or can recommend that could help here maybe?
