Simulation of paired-end data

Hello, 

I apologize for opening an issue as this is more of a question, but I couldn't identify another way to ask a question.  I am interested in using your FASTQSim program to simulate reads for a project in my lab and I was wondering if it was possible for the program to simulate paired-end reads or if it only works for single-end reads.
